Dallas members-only club Park House to open Houston location

Park House, a Dallas-based private members-only club, will open a second location in Houston next year. The concept will go to 4411 San Felipe, a new office building and retail space adjacent to the River Oaks district.
Park House Houston would occupy Levels 2 and 3 of the three-story development. Ciel, a French Riviera-inspired restaurant and lounge led by Chef Joseph Geiskopf, will occupy an 8,000 square foot space on the ground floor.
Ciel is expected to open in November. Park House Houston won’t be ready until 2023; a third outpost is reportedly in the works for the Miami Design District.
Park House Dallas offers three private dining and event spaces, four bars and lounges, unique event programming based on member interests, evening entertainment, and a rotating arts program. It’s a popular spot for hosting baby showers, birthday parties, and celebrating milestones, in addition to more casual get-togethers, working lunches, and networking events.
Children under 18 are not permitted, with some exceptions. There is also a strict no photo or video policy inside the Park House property.
Registration fees for Park House Dallas memberships start at $1,800, plus monthly dues for applicants between the ages of 21 and 30. The initiation fee for non-residents is $3,500; the full membership fee for residents is $6,000. A limited number of cultural memberships at a discounted rate are granted to applicants who elevate the artistic and creative community of the club.
The concept reflects a growing trend of private, members-only clubs that cater to influential people in the arts, media and other creative industries. Soho House was born 25 years ago in London; it now operates clubs, hotels and restaurants in more than 30 cities, including recently opened establishments in Austin, Paris and Rome.
