Hollywood Park’s 6,000-seat performance venue gets a name
INGLEWOOD, California – The 6,000-seat Hollywood Park performance theater under construction finally has a name Monday – YouTube Theater.
YouTube and Hollywood Park have announced a naming rights agreement that will affix the video streaming service’s name to the performance hall adjacent to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. The theater is slated to open this summer, with the premiere scheduled for September 4 by Mexican rock band Caifanes.

The 227,000-square-foot, three-story site will have a 6,100-square-foot stage, with the furthest seat at 164. It will feature six luxury lodges and a 3,500-square-foot private club with 140 premium seats. The building will be located under the southeast corner of the canopy of the roof that covers the SoFi Stadium and the American Airlines Plaza.
Other acts already booked to appear in the theater this fall and early next year include Pitbull, Black Pumas, Devo, Erasure and TLC with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
