SAP HR functional consultant – IT-Online
Our client from the automotive industry is looking for a SAP HR functional consultant to join its dynamic team.
Minimum years of experience: 6 years and over
Minimum qualification required: Relevant IT / business degree
Technical / functional skills:
- Configuration of the SAP Concur and HR module
- Development documentation
- Analyze and solve the problems of the SAP HR module
- Perform the process configuration of the SAP Concur module
- Update and maintain all functional documentation of the SAP module
- Analyze and delineate the authorization roles of end users
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system integration security testing
- Proactively propose solutions to improve support for (new) business processes
- Support the functional team with issues and provide a solution-based approach
- Understanding of Concur and HR processes in SAP.
- Configuration of the SAP HR and SAP Concur module.
- Preparation of master data models for various HR related objects. Integration tests with other associated SAP Travel Management and Concur modules.
- Preparation of user manuals and training for business process owners.
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and support.
- Perform the required changes through configuration
- Interact with the consultants of the other modules.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and gain user approval for the Business Blueprint document
- Beneficial ABAP debugging (knowledge related to the Workbench of new developments / improvements)
- Configure the organizational structure of materials management and perform all relevant configurations, for example purchasing organization, valuation area divisions, storage location and warehouse structure, etc.
- Preparation of test documents and performance of internal tests
- Preparation of master data models for various objects such as material master record, supplier master record, excise master record, information sheets, source list and purchase orders.
- Integration tests with other modules
- Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC processing
- Preparation of the cut over strategy for MM objects
- Preparation of user manuals and training for business process owners
- Preparation for commissioning and support after commissioning
- Interaction with customers through meetings, calls and emails
- Manage tickets and tasks with the responsibility of closing them within defined SLAs
- Responsible for troubleshooting system issues and providing support
- Perform the required changes through configuration
- Perform analysis and resolution of production support calls
- Raise change requests (CRs) and write functional specifications for them
